Philip and Nancy Wood have served people in eastern Congo for decades. They are modern saints. Both trained medical doctors, from Cambridge UK and Toronto Canada respectively, they could have had a materially prosperous life. Instead, they chose the fulfilling legacy of developing medical facilities and education centres in one of the most risky places in the world.

Philip has created an intriguing 16 minute video on the latest status of the CME Nyankunde which is celebrating 60 years of operation. CME Nyankunde in that period expanded from a literally devastated rural Nyankunde location to additional facilities in the cities of Bunia and Beni.
